Musky Mayhem Tackle llc ships worldwide via USPS from our Parkers Prairie MN headquarters. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Shipments within the US should arrive within 2-14 business days. Musky Mayhem Tackle llc does not guarantee deliver dates for any shipments.

RETURNS

Life’s too short not to be happy…. and if you’re not happy with your purchase – then we're not happy! However, that being said – we’re a small business and we are dealing with small batch production - so please respect our need to have a strict return policy. 

Merchandise purchased in our store may be returned to us within 15 days of original purchase for a full refund or exchange voucher equal to the value of the item (s) you ordered. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging where appropriate. We cannot accept returns after more than 15 days post-purchase.

Customer is responsible for paying return postage.  We encourage trackable shipping for items over $50. We are not responsible for lost or damaged in transit shipments.
